What are ordering processes and how long will it take time to deliver?
Just select your interested items on our web site and submit your order lists. Nevertheless, it is NOT like "Shopping Cart" from other online eCommerce and direct retailer site. It is rather to collect your order items in order to provide you full quotation and NO payment is required at this stage. The system will generate to us and our in charge person will send you full quotation within reasonable time upon your order arrival. You can also make orders via email or Fax if you know product names, code numbers etc which is shown below each item.
The production time will take 1-2 months based on your order products and volumes. Then we will deliver as soon as possible.
Do you have minimum order volumes per item?
Yes, we do. The minimum order volumes per item will be 5 pieces and sample items are negotiable. The minimum order volumes per custom develop item will be 100 pieces.
What is the payment schedule you need in order to run the production?
After you agree and confirm our full quotation for your orders, it is a time for payment. For existing partners and Freight shipment, we need 50% of advance payment when the order is confirmed. But for new buyers and mail orders, we need 100% payment in advance for items plus postage and handling cost upon confirmation of the Purchase Order.

Does the product price listed on your website include the shipping cost?
No! It includes only the transportation cost from Chiang Mai City (Northern Thailand) to Bangkok port plus customs clearance in our country (Thailand). Then, destination shipping cost will be responsible by our customers upon products arrival.
We would like to operate as wholesale level; will there be any difference price in product quotation?
Prices mentioned on our website are already the wholesale price or what we called FOB price since we deal only with importers, volume buyers, small and medium business enterprises. There will not be any difference price in product quotation.
Apart from products on the web site, is it possible to customize customer's design or sample request? How do you charge them?
There is possible way to do so. We have our own Design and Product Development (DPD) team to work according to our customers' requirement and design. We just charge the actual product cost and delivery fees will be responsible by customers. There is no other extra charge at all.
As in general, how many countries do you ship? What kind of insurance will be needed?
We do ship to Europe, Latin America and many Asia countries. We will handle all shipping process here with our Agent. For insurance, we normally use FOB shipment which does not necessarily need any insurance but it will be depending on our customers' requirement. The customers could arrange by themselves at their destination and, in this case, we will support all the necessary documents such as CO, BL and Commercial Invoice. We can also arrange CIF shipment here but the customers have to responsible for the fees.
