Air and or Ocean Freight:
- After receiving the Purchase Order from Customers, Thai Tribal Crafts (TTC) will provide a quotation within reasonable time.
- Customers are requested to pay 50 % in advance upon confirmation of the Purchase Order.
- Shipping date and method of shipping are subject to agreement by both parties, Customer and TTC.
- TTC will ship all orders through its shipping agent from Chiang Mai.
Mail Order:
- After receiving the Purchase Order from Customers, Thai Tribal Crafts (TTC) will provide a quotation within reasonable time.
- Customers are requested to pay for items plus postage and handling upon confirmation of the Purchase Order.
- TTC will send the items upon receipt of full payment by air or sea parcel post per customer request.
- Minimum value of each order should be not less than 5,000 Baht or US$ 135.
Items that have been sold and shipped are only returnable for the following reasons:
- Inferior quality due to production or
- Damaged because of improper packaging by TTC.

Send your order list by mail, fax or e-mail or by filling out our Order Form. TTC will provide a quotation within reasonable time.
FOB (Bangkok)
- Price includes handling charges and local transportation (Chiang Mai to Ports in Bangkok).
- VAT (Value Added Tax = 0%)
- Freight charges (air or sea) from Bangkok to destination to be collected by shipping agent.
Mail Order (MO)
- In accordance with revenue regulations of Thailand all local sales and MO sales are subject to 7% VAT. Therefore, the 7% VAT will be added to the price of each item.
- Postage plus handling costs will be added when the actual shipment takes place.
- We revise prices twice a year (30 June and 31December).
New Customer:
TTC has no specific minimum order amount for new customers. We can supply samples at customer expense.
TTC Regular Customer :
Orders with MO shipment should not be less than 5,000 Baht or (US$ 135).
TTC Large Purchases Only:
Total cost of goods over 50,000.- Baht.
Depends on method of shipping - Air Mail or Freight takes about 10 days, - Sea Parcel Post takes about 3 months. Sea Freight about 1 month. In addition we need about 1-2 months processing time to fill large orders. MO(Mail Order) : Processing time 1-2 weeks.
Cost of shippment will depend on the method of shipment.
Mail or freight shipment (air or sea parcel) at current postal rates. TTC will advise customers upon order confirmation.
Freight (quantity order) - Air or Sea. TTC will let shipping agent collect at the time of shipment delivery.
